We want you to be obsessed with your new dark delights, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window to return items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that certain items like intimate wear, earrings, and cosmetics are final sale for hygiene reasons.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are protected for transit.

• 3.
  Generate Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected at our coven, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
